(July-20-2010) Vancouver, B.C. – privately held MAKE Technologies, Inc., leading global provider of legacy modernization initiatives, finished its fiscal year ending May 31, 2010 with 177% revenue growth year over year. Organizations spanning Government, Retail, Technology, Finance, Energy and Transportation sectors have selected MAKE Technologies to deliver reliable results on time and on budget.

“Companies understand the fundamental need to ensure that their IT infrastructure is aligned to support business goals and processes, successfully achieving this on time and on budget is the challenge,” explains Bill Bergen, President and CEO at MAKE Technologies. “We provide the means for legacy modernization success to these companies so that they can stay focused on what’s important: to deliver innovation and to meet and surpass customer demands in increasingly competitive, complex and aging work environments.”

A growing number of businesses require application modernization due to the high cost of maintaining obsolete technology and a steadily decreasing pool of developers working on legacy code. However, once a modernization project is launched, increasing challenges can include mishandled change management, unaccounted complexities and code and data misalignment, leading to ballooning costs. MAKE Technologies’ unique solution platform, TLM® or Transformational Legacy Modernization, is the critical step needed to bring a modernization project to a successful close within scope and budget.

“We saw incredible growth in Fiscal 2010 with TLM deployments into mission critical modernization projects across several different industries in both private and public sectors,” said Grant DeCecco, Director of Product Management at MAKE Technologies. “Leading global system integrators and CIOs alike are recognizing the value of the TLM platform and MAKE Technologies as a valued partner with proven real world experience for successful modernization project implementation, regardless of industry or legacy technology.”
